Capella Descent

As we descended in the Hanoi strip

I have to admit I couldn’t get a grip.

Some places, no matter how often we climb

It’s always like the first time, sublime.

The cumulus clouds like cotton seem to puff,

And we had Alex’ birthday laugh

I look at my companions and thank the allure:

The fun begins in the luxe Capella Hotel ,

Unadulterated joy so pure
