When you wish upon a star,
It makes no difference who you are.
Dreams take flight, the skies turn new —
When you wish, they do come true.
Reminding me of childhood days,
Of laughter soft and golden haze.
Through Elsa’s land we drift and glide,
On icy streams of frozen pride.
Dark caverns glow with celebration,
Each turn a sparkling revelation.
Then the Haunted Mansion’s song,
Like Bill Bensleys Whimsical, strange — it pulls along.
My heart beat fast, my spirit soared,
Each sight, each sound — a new reward.
From shining knights to sets so grand,
I longed to see each magic land.
But all good things must find their end,
And so my wishes I still send.
The mystic and the magic blend,
Where time and wonder never end.
The end of the day peeled by the sunset,
A moment I will never forget.
Amidst all the new, the laughter too —
My heart still whispers: Disney Magic : I miss you.
